Each Skydet has to be meticulously chosen from all over the globe. They have to have extraordinary qualities of having a brilliant mind, commitment and fervor to the Goldilocks Mission’s endeavor. They should have the ability to work closely with the other members of the team to come up with ideas and solutions. A Skydet has to be innovative, an expert on what he does and open to new ideas and possibilities. The global team should be comprised of 12-level Skydets.
The Goldilocks Mission as an organization is also comprised of experts handling the different fields from financing to research and administration. These people give order to the Goldilocks Mission as an organization. This mission’s organizational structure would cover the:
