We wish this to be open to everyone, everywhere, who feels a connection to this exciting endeavor, no matter where you might live on the Planet or what your economical circumstances. The normal subscription membership is $20 a year but in cases where that amount is even too much we will give scholarship memberships so that everyone, anywhere in the world, no matter how young or old, no matter how poor who would like to be a part of this thrilling program can become a member. For those who wish to become a member but truly do not have the financial resources to do so, we give free annual member scholarships.
